ETSI was established as a Joint Venture company with Siemens AG of Germany as manufacturer of Telephone Sets.
Full-turnkey Digitalization of majority of the country's Switching, Transport Backbone, Access and OSP Networks until 1994.
Active role in the aggressive nationwide expansion projects of key players in the Industry Deregulation (RA 7925) until 2004.
The first GSM call by President Fidel Ramos.
Various international projects and resource deployments (Qatar, Saudi , Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, etc.) until 2010.
First phase 3G mobile network roll-out with end-to-end Managed Services.
ETSI became a Joint Venture company with Nokia of Finland until 2014.
Established Network Labs, Inc. — the 1st High-Level software R&D facility in the country inaugurated by President Benigno Aquino III.
ETSI became 100% Filipino-owned with Atty. Rolando G. Villonco and Cesar Jacinto V. Castro Jr. as key shareholders.
Collaborated with the US Department of Defense to provide Communication & Surveillance Network Solutions for the Philippine Navy and Coast Guard.
ETSI continues to play an active role in large-scale projects to further develop the country's nationwide communication infrastructure with focus on Fixed Broadband (FTTH/ODN), Domestic Inland & Submarine Fiber Backbone, Full-turnkey Tower construction, Expert Services for 4G-5G Mobile Networks, AC Upgrade, and Facility Upgrade, among others.
